I noticed that some buyers when they receive their order still would want to open dispute for order cancellation without a good reasons so how can someone know the real and fake buyers that always open disputes for nothing sorry am not good English

There is no such way to identify those buyers unless their message fallen onto spam section. You can just report that user (which may help others to avoid such situations) or discuss with the customer support if you think you delivered a fair product to that customer. 🙂
