Buyers Request always empty

Is it normal that the Buyers Request is always empty ? On other sites similar to Fiverr it’s mostly flooded every days with requests.

Is this a bug ? Or there is simply barely any requests posted ?

I am not sure how BRs work on other websites but here, on Fiverr, they are posted randomly throughout the day. They can appear at any time of the day and once they do finally appear, they disappear within a few minutes! You have a VERY narrow window within which to apply for a particular BR before it vanishes.

This is because, for new/no level sellers, BRs disappear once they receive a certain number of offers from other new/no level sellers (I think the “magic number” is 10). However, for sellers who are level 1 and above, I’ve heard that they can see more BRs. So, yeah… They’ve made it such that it is harder for new/no level sellers to find BRs and send offers in response to them.
