because of only 1% fiverr blocked my buyers request now how would i get orders and improve my rating.

Buyer request is for buyers to tell their requirements and send offers. It’s not for sellers to spam with their gig promotions.

The problem is that if you have less than 90% you can’t post in response to buyers’ requests - you need to find some other way of getting sales to get your feedback beyond 90% again.
