Buyers Request Offer sent

Hello, I Started using Fiverr 2 weeks back, I have learned a lot and trying to be better at what I do, I need some tips/help and guidance.

I am really confused that what I write to the customer while sending an offer, should I be writing less should I write long details, What I do is I start with Hi, and mention that i can do this for this much $,and i use much please and Thank you a lot while sending an offer. My Gigs are related to Presentations and CV so I need some tips that how I should start and wow the buyer. If you can help me out and give me some good suggestions to get some orders.
