Buyers, Stop building up new information to do which you hav’nt mentioned before

I don’t know if its only me or if it happens to everyone.
I have got a bad experience with 2 buyers. These buyers have requested modification by providing me with new information.
One buyer wanted me to cancel the order so that he can get the free work.
I have not canceled the order and i don’t want to get a bad review,
Two choices available

1. Cancel the order and he will get free work
   2.contact support team and the order will be marked as complete but i will get a bad review
   I dont know what to choose

If the modification is very different than the original information just cancel the order or ask the Customer Support for help. There are many buyers who try to get free work, and most of them are buying only a single basic gig. Sometimes it is really not worth to bother with buyers of this kind.
