I have seen in few of my orders, when Buyer after getting ordered delivered, turned back from paying what they promised. I have experienced it in many orders. They pin point unnecessary errors and ask for refund.
when I have given my full dedication to work and done with what they have asked, then why i should accept refund?
They also say that if I done refund they will give negative feedback.
Is anyone have any Idea how to deal with this situation ?
You should contact Customer support at this point.
Have you offered to fix the errors that they pointed out to try and satisfy them that way?
