Buying Gig / Payment Unsuccessful

Hello everyone, few days ago I bought one gig for $5 and I when I enter my cc info I got big red X and it was something like “error”. Fiver charged me $5+$1(fee) and I got refund after 30-60 minutes. I tried again after 1 hour and it was same. I tried to buy another gig, same thing but I didn’t got refund like before. I contacted customer support, they’re telling me that payment was unsuccessful, and I’ll get refund in about 24-48h. I called by bank and they told me that last payment was successful. I don’t know if someone is joking with me. So I lost my money, without gig and answer from support. Did anyone had similar case?
