Can a buyer keep asking for more Revisions?

Hello there Fiverr world

Simply question ,
How can a buyer keep asking for more “free” Revisions even my gig packages have from 1 to 2 Max Revisions?
What is going on.
And i don’t see any option at all to make the client pay at least 5$ more for all this revisions.
Am i missing something here?
I’m level 2 and i never seen a client asking for so many revisions the max number of revisions was like 1-2 but that one client…and mostly he doesn’t answer my questions to communicate …anyone with more experience with situations like that ? What did you do , and how you manage those types?
