Can a client ask for refund even if you finished your job in a proper way?

Hi guys i just wanted to ask you this question:
Can a client ask for refund or just cancel the order for no reason and does this affect your rating, this didn’t happen for me but i just want to know because im new in this platform… thank you

No, they are not entitled to a cancellation/refund if you have delivered a service/product which is in line with the expectations laid out in the requirements, and as long as the delivered service/product reflects the quality displayed in your gig samples.

Orders are not eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the Seller if the service was rendered as described in the Gig Page. Buyers may rate their experience with the Seller on the Order Page, including the overall level of service quality received.

does this affect your rating

If you DO mututally cancel, your percentage of completed orders will go down.
