Can anyone out there find bad links and remove them?

Hi,

Awhile back, I went through an seo service on the net. ( I did not know about fiverr then.) I bought back links through them. Of course they said “Panda and Penguin safe”. While I have no notices from Google for bad back links, I am dropping drastically in the Alexa page ranks. The more back links that show the farther I drop. Can anyone tell me if this is connected?

You can use googles disavow links tool. To actually remove links often you need to contact each blog or website owner separately.
