Can I ask my direct clients to place order on Fiverr?

Hi, my name is Sohaib Ali and I recently joined Fiverr like two months ago. I am getting orders on my gig and also I have my direct clients as well that pays me. But while approaching some clients from different corners of the world they ask me to use Fiverr for the dealing. I want to know that if I ask them to directly come to my profile and place the order, will Fiverr see it as policy violation? Because my friends told me that if I get direct orders like someone directly come to my profile and place the order and give me reviews, Fiverr will ban my profile.
I contacted the support of Fiverr last month and still waiting for their reply. I need help from the experts who can guide me properly.
