Can i cancel withdrawal request initiated yesterday?

Yesterday i withdraw $1200 to my Payoneer account. Its still pending as i didnt choose fast withdrawal. But now Payoneer have a collapse. Can i cancel it and get my money back to Fiverr account? What should i do ?

There are some issues regarding payoneer, you need to wait for couple of days long.
