You’re not allowed to have two accounts. I suggest you delete one immediately and contact Customer Service.

You will deactivate your previous account then run a new account. Hopefully there will be no problem then.

I understand your problem. But my humble request is please delete your one profile. Because you can’t run two profile at a time in your PC.

Both of your accounts will get banned for sure, it’s forbidden to do this, send a ticket to customer support about your 2 accounts and that you want them to remove the older one and keep the new one as your main account before they find out you’ve done this.

Even in deleting old account and create a new one on another platform, i’ve got banned, so you really should explain your situation to customer support.

And when customer support replies, take a screen shoot as a proof if you get problems in the futur.
