Can i change my paypal to fiverr

hello sir/mam.
I do not know whether it is possible or not.Delete from my old account and start over again from the beginning.,I do not want anyone to know about this work , I have some friends and some enemies that are keeping an eye on my account,Which is causing me problems in all directions…I can not find the right solution to this problem.For this reason,I’ve disabled my old account by myself(21/06/19).
my question is : can i use my paypal account(Which was linked to the old account) to my new fiverr account
