Can I contact a seller for work that he has no gig for?

If I want someone to do something that he has no gig for, then am I able to contact him off Fiverr?

I suggest the same, send them a direct message and try to keep all discussions through fiverr. It helps the community grow and it’s just nice to help out fiverr for giving you that conection in the first place.

Buyer always contact me for random web development for which I dont have any particular gig. I don’t respond to people who try to call me off site. 2 out of 10 buyer leads try to do that. Scammers.

Reply to @bachas85: Indeed. Last week one of the buyer came back 3 times using new accounts and still insisted that I add him on facebook. lol.
