Can i do client work first, and then ask for order?

sometime client ask for something to do and if i am not sure, whether
it’s possible or not ,so can i do client job first and then ask for order to avoid cancellation.

Yes you can… But when you complete the work and the client fails to pay up. Don’t come back to the forum asking what to do next.

try just making a RAW piece…and show it to client if thats what he wants, go ahead and create full functional one…
if not, you will save yourself time for next orders…
