I generally offer after sales service to my customers if that is necessary. As I work on graphic design of making book cover, some customer face issue regarding the paperback while they submit paperback to their required section to make their kdp and so I wish to help them out evenafter they accept my delivery.
As the paperback size is too sensitive and i make them as per the dimension they provide, sometimes may require resizing. Is it okay if I provide the resized pdf to my returning buyers via chat box? As it is a very small task and placing an order is not necessary for a 5 minute task.
