Hello there everyone, I am new on Fiverr. I created an account about 3months ago. Some days ago I got a message from a client. It was 18sep and that time i was not in my town. I have gone outside to donate my blood and somehow I missed to replay him. And now I got 9 hours avg. time. Is it possible to reduce this time. Please help me. I am so worried about it.

No worries because you replayed 9 hours after there. When you get another message from the client the Average time will be change this is temporary.
