Can I publish gigs in different categories? Like - Web design + Graphic Design + Article writing ??
If yes - Does it harm gig ranking?
If no - Why is it so?

You can post Gigs in any area that you are able to do the work in.

I would suggest avoiding putting up Gigs in categories you are not adept in just because you think those are the categories that would make you money. You should actually be able to do the work you offer in those Gigs.
