I sell WordPress websites (content based) on Flippa. Can I do the same on Fiverr.

I’m not sure if you can sell pre-designed websites, but there are a lot of website designers on Fiverr!
Usually what happens is that the buyer tells you what he wants in his website, and you design it! I hope this helps!

In theory, yes, but the competition on Fiverr is massive. If you think you have what it takes to win out against 33,000+ other Sellers, then sure.
