Can I Setup Two WITHDRAWING Provider

Last few month I’m withdrawing my revenue on the PayPal account. Now I have Payoneer Active account With Card.

Now Question is can I set up my Payoneer account to withdrawing my revenue?

However, Paypal withdrawing option need to active.
For example, next month I need to withdraw on Payoneer account.

If I do this is there any Fiverr TOS issue for violent or it’s legal?

Can you please advice if you know the issue?
