Can I use a Google+ profile on blogger.com?

so, blogger.com is (fiverr approved to use url in profile) where I can build a portfolio.

I was looking at creating an account there and it wants to know if I should use a blogger account, or a google+ account.

Am I ok to use google+ or does that give people a way to contact me and break ToS? idk what’s up with google+ really.
