Can ı use "personal use" tracks on my song?

So the question is simple and I think the answer is no but just to be sure: I need a bass track for my song, if I order from a seller which has both of the options commercial use and personal use, Can ı use “personal use” tracks on my song ? BTW this song going to be on spotify etc. so ı want to make profit from the song.

Of course you can’t. Think about what it actually means.

No, you cannot use something meant for personal use, as a commercial for-profit use. If you do not have full ownership/use rights, then you do not own the rights to make a profit off of that product.
