The only direct options available are either PayPal or the Fiverr card; however, you should be able to indirectly use your Neteller prepaid Mastercard if you link for deposits through your PayPal account. It’s a couple extra steps, but I think you should be able to withdraw money to your PayPal account and then transfer it to your Neteller card?
