Can messages notifications go to spam?


I would like to know if there is a possibility that fiverr message notifications go to people’s spam boxes. I have had two people contact me in the past few weeks, and I’ve been sending them multiple messages afterwards with not a single response. I’m not sure if they just don’t want to order from me anymore, or if they’re not receiving my messages at all.

If my messages have gone to their spam, how can I notify them to check their messages?

I already sent this to Customer Support but I wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem.


Fiverr email has no spam box, so no worries. If they didn’t respond, its because they didn’t respond.
