Can people still trust me with 95% Rating?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been on fiverr for the last 3 months and I’ve been a victim of rude costumers,
I get to the point that my costumer review rating got to 94% because one of my
costumer accidentally rate me a 0-star. How can I redeem my good rating?

If you contact the buyer who left the review accidentally, you can ask them to correct it. If they don’t know how to and are willing to fix it then you can use this as a proof with the customer support and they will fix it.

I think it is difficult, and new buyers especially with 0 experience in fiverr.

It’s been a long time ago, do you think they could still change it? but I’ll try this though.

Buyer can’t change it now but If they said that they left by mistake then you should try opening a support ticket with the screenshot of this proof and see if they can help.

  2. It depends on why the negative reviews are all about. if they say you were a day or two late, meh. If you took their money and didn’t deliver then I’d run away.
