Can someone report my gig after an "Order cancellation"

i’m logo designer in fiverr. own a mascot logo gig. but i have put a basic gig package ($5) for simple modern logo to choose from and i have clearly mentioned twice that we are not providing mascot logos for the basic gig package in the gig description and order requirement field. last day i got an order from buyer for 2 logos for the basic gig package and those are more complex than mascot logos. buyer has requested to use free vectors from freepik but we can’t use free vectors for the logos. so i opened a dispute and requested to cancel the order. he agreed to cancel at all. but
i confused is he can report my gig for a TOS violation.
my account would be baned if he report my gig because of i canceled his order.
kindly looking for some ideas in this matter.

You should be okay but its best to ask Customer Service about this as they can possibly provide a better answer.

yep i’m going to ask but they usually take few hours to reply. :confused:

Waiting isn’t easy but its to best to hear their take on the situation. I’ve sent plenty of inquires to CS and sometimes they get back to you rather quickly.
