Can’t cancel an order

I have been advised that my seller Is no longer in the community and I am able to cancel my gig. Problem is that when I go into the order on my mobile app it shows the order as completed (even though it’s not) and there doesn’t seem to be a way to cancel. Any tips on how I go about cancelling this?

Note: the seller has sent me a private email asking me to contact her, but all I now want to do is cancel the order and get my money back.
