Can we post videos to Amazon?

I have a buyer demanding me to post a video to Amazon for him. I didn’t think that was allowed. He says that sellers do it for him all the time.

I keep trying to submit a request to Fiverr, but something is wrong with the form!!! I want to ask if it’s against their terms and conditions for me to do so. The buyer is bullying me!
