Can you hold website credential as seller?

I’ve transferred the website to my client’s server and he asked for the admin access before order completion. Is it against fiverr TOS to hold the credential till the order is completed ?

He liked it, just we have to configure the paypal payment gateway which he wants to do himself

I’d say this is a judgement call unless you specifically agreed in the proposal that the client will configure PayPal.

If your proposal said that the client will handle it then it’s not your concern and the buyer should accept the order when your work is done.

However, I’m guessing you didn’t write a detailed proposal.

You can give them the access and hope for the best 🙂
