First of all the phrasing is off. It does not sound the way CS has spoken when I have contacted them.

I just looked at every response I have received from CS, and this one has many things that differ from those.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking, plus this font is reallly off. It looks doctored visually, on top of the narrative and message being suspicious. I’ll let you know!

I’ve also had a quick look at the image, and it doesn’t seem tampered…

If you can’t sell emails, Fiverr will deal with this situation. Otherwise, he took the right steps in asking support about the information and received an answer. Posting it on the forum is slightly odd. Not a great topic imo for everyone to know.

I typed “email list gig denied” in the search bar above and found several posts on the subject. The above is a reason for such a gig being denied.

The OP already had one of these gigs and deleted it after discussion on a post of his on the forum. He then produced this response from Customer Support.

Edit: I see he now has an email list gig again.

It will be good to get the matter clarified.
