Can you send emails?

Hello Fiverr Family,

I have a quick question.

I am in the process of completing a gig for my Dj Drops and the customer is unable to download the files for some reason.

In this case is it ok to send the files via email?

You can send it to him using any File Hosting service like Dropbox or WeTransfer.

You can, however, use Dropbox to send files if Fiverr’s upload system isn’t working: https://www.dropbox.com/home

No you are not allowed to send it via email. You can share it via a shareable drive link. Dropbox, Wetransfer etc.
