Cancel order by costumer support fiverr

hi, freelance !! I get a problem for my order that is running, the problem is the customer support fiverr cancel the order that has been approved by the buyer, I think there is no problem that occurred between me and the buyer, why did this happen ?? has anyone ever experienced it? please share here, thanks
