Recently I got a new order. Unfortunately, my buyer didn’t provide me enough information to do the task and he is not active. I send him a cancellation offer due to his inactivity he is not accepting. Now what can I do?
Just contact fiverr customer support. Clients don’t always know how fiverr works, if you can talk these through, then it is fine, if you can’t, then contact customer support to cancel the order, they will do it for you.
