I’m having an issue with a cancelation request. I pressed the revision button and asked for a cancelation at the same time. My seller and I are now stuck. She can’t agree to the cancelation:. The system for some reason is blocked. How to solve this… can anyone help???
Unless I misunderstand, this does sound like a bug but it could be a confused seller. One thing you could try is asking the seller to decline the cancellation and then re-deliver any file to get the order out of revision mode. Then the cancellation can be re-requested from either side. If that doesn’t work, contact Customer Support directly.
