I’m just adding my weight, such as it is, to the dissatisfaction many sellers have with the cancellation process. I have cancelled one gig because the buyer didn’t get back to me despite being nudged after ten days or so, and one gig that the buyer requested that i cancel presumably because it was ordered by mistake. Neither of these things were my fault, so why do they count against me? It makes no sense.
Could Fiverr not make the process more consequence free for the innocent party in some way? It wouldn’t be hard!
