Canceled Gig came back Active

Hello guys, I don’t know if anyone has experienced this before.

I had a mutual agreement to cancel an order with a buyer, so we did, only for the gig to return as an Active order in like 25 days time, but in Revision.

I had no control of this as there is no option to deliver, close, modify, or do anything with the order…

I didn’t understand how this could have happened, so I contacted the buyer, if she got any notification about our previously canceled project, she said she didn’t.

I had to contact CS immediately to fix the issue… It’s been over 2 months, I haven’t heard from them, they just left the case as opened.

Is there a way I can fix this problem myself since CS is not planning on helping?

As of now, the delivery time shows 83 DAYS LATE.

You can add a comment to the opened ticket to boost it up. If it doesn’t do anything, close the ticket and open a new one. Reference the previous ticket and the fact that you’ve received no response while the situation is still ongoing.

This is a bug. Canceled order is displayed under new. If you notify CS they will remove it, but it will take time (1m for me).
