Canceled the order

hi, my buyer canceled the order. even though the buyer has received an order and left a review also gives 5 stars. (I will attach)

Why is this happening? The buyer did not send me any messages.

I feel disadvantaged. This is lies. I have worked, the job has been well received. 1 month later why there was a cancellation

It was more than likely a Pay Pal charge back. If you use the 🔍 search feature, you will find that this has happened many times before.

Contact CS, show them screen shots that the order was completed and a screen shot of the buyer’s review. They will help you.
