Canceling an 'extra' inside and order

I would appreciate your advice on this particular dilemma. 🙂

A buyer ordered my standard package that is for a black and white illustration but wants a full-color illustration.
I made the sketch and the back and white version after the buyer gave me a green light on the sketch.
Below I added a custom extra for a full-color illustration if they decide to take it it will add up to the price of my premium package for full-full color illustrations.
The buyer accepted the offer but now they are freaking over the price.

I thought I made it clear along the way but I guess they don’t like to read. -.-’

Can I cancel the extra in the order or do I need to cancel the whole order?

There is no way to do a partial cancellation.
