This is the second time my seller is failing to deliver and I have to cancel the order. This mean I have lost as many as 25 days time and have had lots of aggravation. To add insult to gingery when my account is credited fiber still have deducted its percentage and I am not getting full credit for what I had paid. Last time after complaining finally they give me full credit but, why they don,t fix the software to do this as needed without having to send a complain and wait? Also, Make it easier to find form to report problems.
