Correct me if I am wrong but the cancellation button has changed? Sadly sometimes we will always get orders that for whatever reason we cannot fulfil, or the correct fee has not been paid so a cancellation option will always be needed.
Loss of revenue, yes that is part of the cancellation so no problem.
Weaken Order completion rate. Yes but that would mean we are being punished for a valid reason.
Listing Placement Could Change - Why? if a buyer does not pay the correct fee why is the seller being punished, we are giving Fiver a percentage of our sales and exclusivity, so in effect our agents so why punish sellers I don’t get it?
