It’s been two weeks since I noticed 3 of my customers cancelled the order after their work was done. Fiverr is providing the sellers with watermark feature but I realize buyers still can download your files and they are not watermarked. Those customers had nothing and were happy, but in the end they cancelled the order by some lame excuse. is fiverr system providing the sellers some insurance of this dispute?
fiverr certainly review the order before cancel, if they have reasonable facts that your order needs to be cancelled then it will be otherwise they will advice the customer to communicate with you and sort it out by yourselves.
