If you have already done the job and sent the files, I guess the best you can do is offer a free revision if they are not satisfied with the result. Other than that it’s unfair to back down, but then again I am not sure if a negative review from a dumb buyer is worth it… Try to communicate with a buyer to understand what went wrong, offer free revision and if it doesn’t work try contacting support, or mutually cancel to protect your rating.
Refuse to do it! If you know you did the job perfectly and delivered it, why would they want to cancel?
