How do I reach someone at Fiverr management. I posted a project that a seller accepted then once I paid for the order they turned around and wanted 50% more. I asked them to complete the job as agreed and they would not.
I do not want to pay the $5.00 fee to fiverr for a bad seller.
I do not wish to refuse the charge with my credit card company but if that is my only option then that is what I have to do.
I hope someone here works for fiverr and can give me the correct refund.

You can also open the order and click on “Resolution Center”. There you have the option to ask the seller for a cancellation.
