Cancellation Tracker (in our "Analytics" page)

Does anyone know how accurate our “Cancellations” tracker is, or how frequently it’s updated?

About a month ago, I had a handful of cancellations (i.e. people that ordered my gig, asked for services I’ve explicitly said in my description I don’t provide, and then accepted my mutual cancellation request), and my percentage shot up to 14%. Since then, I’ve delivered many dozens of orders, but my % cancellation has gone to 13% and stayed there.

I’m pretty sure this number isn’t accurate, considering it shot up after a few cancellations but hasn’t budged after dozens of non-canceled, completed orders. Anyone have some insight into this?

Reply to @silberma1976: thanks for your comment - I probably wasn’t clear with my post, but my point is that it isn’t “just math,” as you put it, even though it seems like it should be. The numbers aren’t adding up correctly - hence me putting this post out here :slight_smile:
