Whether you are the buyer or seller, you can request to mutually cancel the order. This will give the other party the option to confirm the cancellation. If no confirmation is received, the order will be automatically cancelled within 2 days. As the buyer, you will be refunded upon cancellation.
Yes you can follow the above step, but if she rejected the cancellation request you can contact the CS to take action.
It’s better to try a mutual cancellation, cause the support takes much time to respond.
I would recommend the mutual cancellation option.
