Cancellations - a question


Hi, I had a gig ordered but not started that had been hanging around for 10 days or so. I’d nudged etc but got no response so i cancelled. Also a buyer ordered a gig, then requested a cancellation 15 mins later, which i agreed to. These cancellations show up on my profile, which is a bit unfair as neither are my fault in any way.

Is this normal?


Unfortunately yes, it’s Fiverr policy.
