Cancelled order by buyer for late delivery = bad rating?


Hello. I was away for a while set my delivery time to 20 days but forgot to remove one of the 24hrs delivery extra so therefor one of the orders got late and was cancelled by the buyer. That left me a bad rating for “failure to deliver on time”. The buyer is a regular I talked to him about this issue but he has no option to remove the bad rating. Is this true ? a cancelled order for late delivery leaves bad rating and offers the buyer no way to remove that bad rating ? …
