Cancelling an order because of the seller request

Hi everybody,

Today, I’m having a voice over order with a script of one line telling something like that : “Miss XXXXX is ugly, I hate her and i will kill her”.

Of course, I obviously will NOT do this voice… But if i cancel it, i know that there is consequence on my ranking… What is the best way to do it?

Contact support center, and tell them everything. They will cancel it and no effect on your order completion rate
