Cannot cancel order

I bought a gig and the seller is not qualified and gives really poor quality delivery and on top of that does not follow revision instructions.

I asked to cancel the order multiple times but she keeps refusing it.

Now I am stuck in a perpetual I ask to cancel and she refuses. The Help and support has no email contact or phone

How do I contact a human being on this website to resolve the situation ???

that’s her/his right to refuse a cancellation request if everything was delivered as it’s described in the gig
